Chanie is so easy to connect with. She doesn't speak at you — she speaks with you. She meets you wherever you're at and makes you feel comfortable asking anything. While other coaches point out everything you're doing wrong, Chanie explores alongside you, getting curious and asking, “What if there was a better way?”

What I loved most was how Chanie brings ideas to life. She sees your vision and asks, "How can we make this work?" Then she walks you through it step by step. 

After working closely with her for a full year, my admin asked if I still needed her support. My response? "You don't get it — I just enjoy meeting with her!"

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy math so much — because as a  kid I actually hated math! But Chanie’s coaching is something else. She makes everything super simple and clear so you can really catch on and see yourself doing it. Each session gave me an immediate confidence boost — I was ready and excited to go and try it out.

Working with Chanie really paid off. My girls grew a tremendous amount, and my class average was extremely high. They also had more fun learning, because I had new ways to make it more exciting. They felt good learning math.
